This class is devised to work the whole body at a moderate to high intensity. All the moves are low impact moves and every movement is performed in a smooth natural way. This class aims to strengthen all muscle groups with particular attention to muscles groups that are commonly neglected as well as improving the fitness level of the heart and lungs.
